[Video] Everton’s 3 – 0 win over West Bromwich Albion [Premier League] Highlights 2016/17
Romelu Lukaku marked his best-ever Premier League season in front of goal as he rounded off a dominant Everton victory over West Bromwich Albion.
The Belgium international scored his side’s third of the game late on at Goodison Park, moving Ronald Koeman’s men to within five points of Champions League qualification.
And, in doing so, he also celebrated reaching a mark he had never previously achieved in a Premier League season.
Lukaku has now scored 19 goals in the 2016-17 campaign, a new personal best and level with Harry Kane at the summit of the top scorer rankings.
The ex-Chelsea man’s previous high came last season, when he hit 18 goals in 37 games for the Toffees.
He had also managed 17 in 35 appearances in 2012-13 while on loan at West Brom, Saturday’s victims.
Lukaku’s 19 goals have come in just 27 games so far, marking by far his best strike-rate since moving to Chelsea in 2011.
